Most government meetings are currently being held in-person. Any meeting that will be held via the Zoom platform will now be announced. For Village Council meetings, please check the meeting agenda to see if there is an indication that the meeting will be held remotely via Zoom. For all other meetings, please expect in-person only participation, unless otherwise stated. 

The Village of Yellow Springs posts meetings, and their respective agendas for citizens to view at any time. This helps promote clear communication throughout the Village, as well as provides the opportunity for citizen participation.  

The public hearing(s) will be broadcast “live” via Channel 5 Community Access cable station, which is simultaneously shown on the Village’s “Community Access Yellow Springs” YouTube station.

PARTICIPATION INSTRUCTIONS

BROADCASTING
All public hearings will be broadcast “live” via Channel 5 Community Access cable station, which is simultaneously shown on the Village’s “Community Access Yellow Springs” YouTube station. Village Council Meetings (as well as the as-needed Town Hall Meetings) will also stream live simultaneously on Facebook.

IN-PERSON PROTOCOLS - Masks are no longer required in Council Chambers.
