The Community Reinvestment Area (CRA) Program is a State of Ohio economic development tool that allows local governments to offer temporary real property tax abatements to encourage new construction, business expansion, and property rehabilitation.
The Village Council has established a CRA for the Village of Yellow Springs to support investment and improvements throughout the community. By reducing certain development costs, the program encourages property improvements, supports business growth, and promotes long-term economic development.
