To support that partnership, our department is committed to an internal culture that prioritizes the well-being of our employees as people first. Our dispatchers, officers, and Community Outreach Specialists carry out demanding and essential work as caretakers of our community. By supporting our team and ensuring their “cups” are full, we ensure they have the energy, resilience, and compassion needed to serve the Village each day.
