The following costs are associated with copies of records:

Email or Dropbox: no cost

Pick Up (Physical Copies): $0.05 per physical page, $1.50 per CD disk, $8.00 per flash drive

Body camera, Dash camera, other video footage: In certain instances, the Village will charge $75.00 per hour of video produced, not to exceed $750.00 total for each video record request. Any fees associated with video requests will be sent directly to the requester to review and decide if they would like to proceed with the request. The records clerk will advise the requester of this cost at the preferred contact method identified by the requester.
