In-Person Assistance
The Utility Billing customer service window is located on the first floor of the John Bryan Community Center and is open Monday through Friday from 10:00 AM to 3:30 PM.
On payment due dates and the day before scheduled disconnects, hours are extended from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
NOTE: Due dates are typically the 15th of each month but may shift due to holidays.
