		A joint meeting was held between the Yellow Springs Village Council, Yellow Springs School Board, and Miami Township Trustees, each presenting for discussion organization overview, financial opportunities, and future projections. UTILITY RATES

Courtney & Associates provided analysis of three Village Utilities in an effort to establish projected revenue requirements, growth opportunities, and provide recommendations. In addition, the Village of Yellow Springs identified the need for a 2023 Storm Water Fee increase and outlined the new projections.
