Due to a decrease in volume, testing will be conducted on Tuesdays ONLY from 8:30am - 10:30am. The appointment process remains the same which can be accomplished by using the Acuity Mobile Scheduling App, or by visiting: wellnessflowllc.com. Ensure that you select Yellow Springs as the testing location.
REQUIRED DOCUMENTS: ID, proof of employment & residence. This is for front-line workers who reside in Yellow Springs | Township, or who reside else where, but work in Yellow Springs | Township.
