Due to tomorrow's impending weather, crews will begin their work on Herman and Marshall Streets today. Partial or temporary road closures may disrupt traffic flows. This work will likely continue into tomorrow, but will be complete before Beggars' Night begins.

On Thursday, October 31, crews will be working on water mains on Herman and Marshall Streets. This will require partial road closures during that time, resulting in minor disruptions to traffic flows. However, the streets will reopen in time for Beggars' Night activities.
