Effective next week, on April 17, 2025, the Village will discontinue our use of CivicPlus for non-emergency resident alerts. After careful consideration, we have decided to transition to a more robust and feature-rich platform that will better serve our communication needs.
While we work toward implementing this new system, we will use our Village website and Facebook page as the primary communication channels for non-emergency updates. For emergency alerts, we will continue to rely on Hyper-Reach. If you have not yet signed up for emergency alerts through Hyper-Reach, you can do so HERE.
We will provide additional details about our new system once we determine a launch date later this spring. We are confident that it will better meet the needs of our community.
