The Planning Commission advises Council on zoning codes, subdivision plats, the official zoning map, development plans, and other planning matters in accordance with Ohio law and Village ordinances. In addition, the Commission has authority to make decisions on conditional uses and recommendations on capital improvements within the Village. The Zoning Administrator serves as technical staff to the Planning Commission.
The Planning Commission meets on the second Tuesday of every month at 6PM in Council Chambers on the Second Floor of the John Bryan Community Center.
