Village of Yellow Springs, Ohio

Village staff is involved at building permit application intake and completion. Please submit all building permit applications to Village staff at permits@yso.com. Village staff will call you to collect the initial deposit/payment then send the plans to NIC and Public Works for review. NIC will contact you if they need additional information (and Village staff so we are in the loop). Once plan review is complete NIC will inform the Village of the approval and the Village will call  you to collect the remaining fees. For building inspections call NIC at 937-433-4642.
