Planning, Zoning and Economic Sustainability

The Planning, Zoning, and Economic Sustainability Department is responsible for the functions of long and short-range planning and review; building permit administration; updating and implementing the Village's zoning code; site and subdivision review; commercial mixed-use zoning permits; and code enforcement. This department also serves as the liaison for any economic sustainability initiatives within the Village.
