Johnnie Burns is also the Public Works Director for the Village of Yellow Springs and oversees the Utility Billing Department, Electric and Water Distribution, the Water/Wastewater Treatment, Streets, Parks & Recreation, and all Village-owned Public Facilities. He also oversees Capital Improvements to all the above facilities and assets in the Village.
